Educational Institution Administration According to good Governance of Educational Institution Administrators In Nakhonsawan Province

Abstract

 The objectives of this study were : 1) to study the process of Educational Institution Administration According to Good Governance in Educational institution Administrators in Nakhonsawan Province 2) to compare the opinion towards Educational Institution Administration According to Good Governance in Educational Institution Administrators in Nakhonsawan Province by classifying on personal factors 3) to study the problems, obstacles and suggestions for the application of Educational Institution Administration According to Good Governance in Educational Institution Administrators in Nakhonsawan Province. The sample of the study consisted of 187 school administrators and teachers who have taught in Chumsaeng Primary Education Service Area office 1 Nakhonsawan Province using the Simple Random Sampling. The research instrument used the questionnaire with the reliability of .9538.

The analysis of data used Statistical Package for Social Science. The statistics used frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation, t-test and F-test (One Way ANOVA) and Least significant Difference : LSD.

The study was summarized the problems and suggestions by analyzing and synthesizing data.

The findings showed that the respondents mostly were females for 129 persons which were equivalent to 68.98%. The group of respondents who were more than 30 years old including 93 persons (49.73%). The respondents who graduated on bachelor’s degree were 199 persons (63.64%). The most respondents were 148 teachers (79.14%). The period of official time between 10 – 20 years of government service was 110 persons equivalent to 58.82%. the opinion of Educational Institution Administrators and teachers according to the good governance in Chumsaeng District Nakhonsawan Province were in high mean scores level (x = 4.01). When considering to each aspects, it was found that there were in high mean scores level for all aspects. If this sort of research were descending order it would be as follows : 1) transparency aspect (x = 4.06), primary responsibility aspect (x = 4.06), participation aspect (x = 4.04), moral integrity aspect (x = 3.99) and rule of law aspect (x = 3.88). For the comparison of the opinion of the Educational Institution Administrators and teachers according to good governance, it was found that the Educational Institution Administrators and teachers  according to good governance, it was found that the Educational Institution Administrators and teachers who had different educational  level were found significant difference at 0.5 level. It was also found that the Educational Institution Administrations and teachers having gender, age, official rank and the period of official time were not significant difference at.05 level.

The suggestions of this study that the schools should campaign the Educational Institution Administrators and teachers in Chumsaeng district to apply the good within the schools seriously and continuously. The Educational Institution Administrators should behave as good idols of the teachers. Moreover, the Educational Institution Administrators should be motivated the teachers and subordirates.

The Educational Institution Administrations should be encourage the teachers in their works. The Educational Institution Administrations should be transparent and verifiable and created the good atmosphere in schools in order to have good understanding and working together efficiency.
